Just remember, everything you put on the internet can come back to haunt you. What was suppose to be one the greatest days of Larry Nance Jr’s life was tarnished by an old tweet.
Imagine. The LA Lakers select you in the first round of the NBA draft and now you get the opportunity to go play with the legend Kobe Bryant. Who wouldn’t be excited? But oh wait, 3 years ago you sent him this tweet.
If the Lakers had done their due diligence and Larry Nance Jr kept his thoughts to himself this wouldn’t be an issue. Now people are going to question his character. Yes, he’s young and everyone makes mistakes, but the internet never forgives. Let this be a lesson to other young athletes.
